Google is inviting applications for the post of Data Scientist, Cloud Sales Resident to work in Bangalore office. Masters degree or PhD qualification for Data Scientist posts, Degree or equivalent practical experience for Cloud Sales Resident posts are eligible to apply. Data Scientist

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD (Statistics/ Biostatistics/ Operations Research/ Physics/ Economics/ Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification. Practical experience. Internship or work experience in data department. Experience in quantitative methodologies with statistics. Statistical software (R, Python, S-Plus, SAS, or equivalent) experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Should have adequate experience in the field of Statistical Data Analysis. Must be familiar with linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, sampling methods.
Should have experience in machine learning with respect to large datasets.
Able to draw results from data and recommend actions.
Ability to teach others, always learn new techniques from different differential privacy.
Ability to select appropriate statistical tools for data analysis problems.

Cloud Sales Resident

Minimum Qualification
Degree or equivalent practical experience. Work experience in customer service, sales or customer relationship management. Google Cloud Industry Certification. Knowledge of sales skills and methodologies. Cloud technology should have new emerging technologies, methodology, solution knowledge and other skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Must have Google Cloud Certification.
Must have knowledge of sales skills and methodologies.
Should be able to learn, understand and work with new technologies related to cloud technology.
Should have good problem solving skills, written/verbal communication, presentation skills.
