Indian Army 10+2 TECHNICAL ENTRY SCHEME – 52: The Indian Army has released a notification regarding admissions to the 52nd ’10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES)’ course training which will commence in January 2025. A total of 90 vacancies will be filled through this. Candidates who have passed JEE (Mains) 2024 along with 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or its equivalent examination with at least 60 per cent marks from a recognized Board of Education are eligible to apply. Only unmarried male candidates have to submit applications online. The application process for these posts started on May 13 and applications can be submitted till June 13. The selection will be based on stage-I and stage-II examinations, interview, medical examination, etc.

Selection Process
The selection for Indian Army TES will be done on the basis of Stage-I and Stage-II examinations, interview, medical examination etc.
Training Details
Those enrolled in the course will be trained for a period of four years.
Under Phase-I, there will be integrated basic military training for three years at CME, Pune or MCTE Mov (Madhya Pradesh) or MCEME, Secunderabad and
Phase-II will have integrated basic military training & engineering training for one year at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun.
Those selected for the training will pursue courses in electrical and mechanical engineering, electronics and mechanical engineering.
Salary
After three years of training, the candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs.56,100 per month. After four years of training, full pay will apply. JNU, Delhi awards an engineering degree to those who successfully complete the course. They are subsequently commissioned with the rank of lieutenant.
