Electronics Corporation of India Limited, Hyderabad has released four different notifications for various vacancies in ECIL project works across the country. Through these, a total of 81 Graduate Engineer Trainee, Technician, Trainee Officer, Deputy Manager posts will be filled. Degree or PG degree in Engineering discipline are eligible to apply. The online application process for filling these posts started on March 23. Applications will be accepted till April 13. Based on the posts, the job selection is done on the basis of written test, interview, trade test, examination of certificates.

Post and Vacancies Details

Total No. of Vacancies: 81.

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): 30 Posts
Allotment of Posts: General (UR)-15, EWS-02, OBC-08, ST-01, SC-04.
Department wise vacancies: ECE-05, EEE-07, Mechanical-13, CSE-05.
Eligibility: Should have passed Engineering Graduate/Engineering Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years as on 13.04.2024. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST, 3 years for OBCs and 10 years for PwDs.
Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000 per month.

Trainee Officer (Finance): 07 Posts
Allotment of Posts: General (UR)-03, EWS-01, OBC-02, ST-01.
Eligibility: Should have passed Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years as on 13.04.2024. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST, 3 years for OBCs and 10 years for PwDs.
Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000 per month.

Technician (Grade-2): 30 Posts
Allotment of Posts: General (UR)-16, EWS-03, OBC-09, ST-01, SC-01.
Department wise Vacancies: Electronics Mechanic-07, Electrician-06; Machinist-07, Fitter-10.
Eligibility: Must have passed Engineering Degree/ Engineering PG Degree in relevant discipline. Experience in relevant field is a must.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 27 years as on 13.04.2024. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST, 3 years for OBCs and 10 years for PwDs.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,480 per month.

Deputy Manager (Technical): 14 Posts
Allotment of Posts: General (UR)-07, EWS-02, OBC-03, ST-01, SC-01.
Department wise Vacancies: Hardware-02, Software-03 in Embedded Systems; Power Electronics-02, Mechanical Design-02, Radio Frequency Systems-04, Cyber Security-01,
Eligibility: Must have passed Engineering Degree/ Engineering PG Degree in relevant discipline. Experience in relevant field is a must.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 32 years as on 13.04.2024. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST, 3 years for OBCs and 10 years for PwDs.
Pay Scale: Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000 per month.

Selection Process

Written test and personal interview will be conducted for the posts of Graduate Engineer Trainee and Trainee Officer.
Only interview will be conducted for Deputy Manager posts.
Trade test will be conducted for technician posts. There will be no interview.

Application Fee

Application Fee: UR, EWS, OBC candidates have to pay Rs.1000. Technician posts will have to pay Rs.750. SC, ST, Divyang candidates are exempted from fee payment.
