
SSC Constable Admit card: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released SSC Constable Admit card for the constable/ rifleman vacancies in the Central Armed Forces on February 7. The hall tickets are made available on the official website. Candidates who have applied for the examination can enter the registration number, date of birth on the official website to know the details of the examination center and application status. As of now only admit cards for North-Western region have been released. Admit cards for other regions will be made available on the websites of the respective regions.
According to the announced schedule, the online exam will be conducted from February 20 to March 12. Admit cards for the exam will be released soon. Besides Telugu, the exam will be conducted in 13 regional languages. Candidates are selected through Written Exam, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test etc.

It is known that the Staff Selection Commission has released a notification on November 24 for filling up the posts of Constable General Duty (Constable GD) and Rifle Man General Duty (Rifle Man GD) in the Central Security Forces. A total of 26,146 vacancies will be filled through this. Applications were received from November 24 to December 31 for the constable posts. Candidates between the age of 18 – 23 years have submitted applications by paying Rs.100 as application fee. This includes 6174 posts in Border Security Force (BSF), 11025 posts in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 3,337 posts in Central Reserved Police Force (CRPF), 635 posts in Sashastra Seemabal (SSB), Indo-Tibetan Border Police Forces (ITBP). ) has 3,189 posts, Assam Rifles(AR) has 1,490 posts and Special Security Forces(SSF) has 296 posts. Out of the total vacancies, 23347 posts have been allocated for men and 2799 posts for women.
Written Exam Procedure: Computer based written exam will be conducted for total 160 marks. There will be total 80 questions in the exam. These include General Intelligence & Reasoning-20 Questions-40 Marks, General Knowledge & General Awareness-20 Questions-40 Marks, Elementary Mathematics-20 Questions-40 Marks, English/Hindi-20 Questions-40 Marks. Exam time is 60 minutes. Each question in the exam is allotted 2 marks. There will be negative marks. 0.50 marks (half mark) will be deducted for each wrong answer.
