ICICI Manipal Probationary Officers Program
ICICI Bank Manipal Probationary Officer’s Programme is an initiative by ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal Global Education Services. The programme is designed for young graduates aspiring to build a career in banking. More than 30,000 candidates have joined ICICI Bank in last 15 yrs.
Now they released a notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) posts. Degree holders are eligible to apply for these posts. Candidates age should not exceed 27 years. Only the shortlisted candidates from the applications will be allowed for the selection process. They will be selected through online aptitude test and personal interview. Candidates who qualify the examination will be admitted to the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking for Sales and Relationship Management course conducted in partnership with Manipal School of Banking. After completion of the course job opportunities are provided as probationary officers. A stipend is also given during the training period.
During the training period, training on core banking knowledge and skills will be imparted. Mainly the training will be on banking products, banking operations, channels and customers, receipt, payments etc. Similarly, candidates have to choose one of the subjects of specializations.. Trade Finance, Privilege Banking, Rural Inclusive Banking, Retail Banking.

Qualification
Graduation or Engineering from any stream
Qualifying Marks: Minimum with 55% in aggregate.
Age Limit
Applicants should be below 27 years of age.
Remuneration
Stipend during the programme: A total stipend of ₹2.32 lakh to ₹2.60 lakh will be paid during the programme.
Starting Salary (CTC): ₹5.00 lakh o ₹5.50 lakh(Based on location).

Programme Highlights
Term I (4 months) Commence with classroom training at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), Bengaluru, one of the finest educational institutes in India. Monthly stipend of ₹5,000.
Term II (2 Months) Start your Internship at ICICI Bank where you get the experience of working in a professional environment. Monthly stipend of ₹22,000 to ₹24,000.
Term III (6 months) Experience on-the-job training at ICICI Bank, where we empower you to grow as a professional. Monthly stipend of ₹28,000 to ₹32,000.
Programme fees
Programme fees Rs.2,55,500(Including taxes).
