Certificates to be brought to interview

Carry Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card etc.)
Bring Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc.)
Certificate confirming date of birth (10th class certificate/birth certificate) should be carried.
Two recent passport size photographs should be taken.
Photocopies of Aadhaar Card/PAN Card and Bank Passbook (at the time of joining only for selected candidates)
10th & 12th class mark sheets or certificates should be carried along.
MBBS, MD/ MS/ DNB and carry applicable experience certificate as per NMC guidelines.
Medical candidates should register with National Medical Commission / State Medical Council.
After selection, the candidate should register with Tamil Nadu State Medical Council not later than 30 days from the date of joining, if not registered at the time of joining.
Internship Completion Certificate.
Reservation Category Certificate (OBC(NCL)*/SC/ST/PH/EWS) in the format prescribed by Government of India
