The Police Recruitment Board (APSLPRB) has released the selection list for SI posts in Andhra Pradesh on December 21. The selection results are available in PDF format on the official website. The Police Recruitment Board has also released the cutoff marks along with the shortlist of candidates. A total of 409 candidates were selected for the jobs. Among these, 48 candidates have been selected in Visakhapatnam range, 105 candidates in Eluru range, 55 candidates in Guntur range and 105 candidates in Kurnool range regarding SI civil posts. A total of 96 candidates have been selected for RSI (APSC) posts.

In November last year, the Police Recruitment Board issued an advertisement for filling 411 SI posts across the state.. a total of 1,73,047 candidates applied. 1,51,288 candidates appeared for the preliminary written test held on February 19. On February 28, the results of the preliminary written examination were released. 57,923 candidates qualified preliminary. Among them 49,386 are male and 8537 are female. All of them have been issued hall tickets for Physical Endurance Test PMT/PET. However, 31,193 candidates who qualified in the physical endurance test were given hall tickets for the final written test. The officials conducted the final written examination for four papers and released the final results on December 3. Officials have released the lists of candidates who have been selected for the latest jobs.
