RFCL Management Trainee Notification: Rama Gundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has released a notification for filling up the posts of Management Trainee at Rama Gundam Plant on regular basis. Candidates who have passed BE, B.Tech, B.Sc (Engineering), LLB, MBA, MCA, PG Degree or Diploma with minimum 60% marks following the post are eligible to apply. The online application process for filling these posts will be started on February 14. Applications will be accepted till March 14. Candidates have to pay Rs.700 as application fee. SC, ST, Handicapped, Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from fee payment. Selection will be based on Computer Based Test, Interview, Medical Test, Certificate Verification.

Management Trainee (Law): 01 Post
Eligibility: Candidates with LLB or 05 years Integrated LLB with Company Secretary Qualification/Diploma in Corporate Laws will be preferred.

Management Trainee (HR): 03 Posts
Eligibility: MBA/Integrated MBA/Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institute or minimum 02 years Diploma in HRM, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, LLB.

Age Limit

Minimum age is 18 years as on 29.02.2024. Maximum age should not exceed 25 years for graduates and 29 years for PG candidates.

Fee

Rs.700. SC, ST, PwBD and ExSM candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on Computer Based Test, Interview, Medical Test, Certificate Verification.

Basic Pay
