National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (NHPC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Trainee Engineer & Trainee Officer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Finance) vacancies. 98 posts will be filled through this notification. Degree in relevant discipline, CA/ICWA/CMA pass are eligible to apply. Eligible candidates can apply till January 22.

Trainee Engineer (Civil): 22
Eligibility: Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/ B.Sc(Engineering) approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks in Civil discipline or equivalent grade from a recognized Indian University/Institute. OR Enrolled in AMIE up to 31.05.2013 with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Only civil category candidates are eligible to apply. Any other discipline /equivalent disciplines are not eligible to apply.
Trainee Engineer (Electrical): 17
Eligibility: Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/ B.Sc(Engineering) approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Electrical discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute. OR Enrolled in AMIE up to 31.05.2013 with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Electrical Department (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Engineering). Only Electrical department candidates are eligible to apply. Any other discipline /equivalent disciplines are not eligible to apply.
Trainee Engineer (Mechanical): 50
Eligibility: Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/ B.Sc(Engineering) approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks in Mechanical discipline or equivalent grade from a recognized Indian University/Institute. OR Enrolled in AMIE up to 31.05.2013 with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Mechanical Department (Mechanical / Production / Thermal / Mechanical and Automation Engineering). Only Mechanical department candidates are eligible to apply. Any other discipline /equivalent disciplines are not eligible to apply.
Trainee Officer (Finance): 09
Eligibility: Candidates who have passed CA/ ICWA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or CMA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India are eligible to apply.

Application Fee
Rs.295 for OBC candidates. SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen category candidates are exempted from fee payment.
