Junior Assistant Manager Jobs: Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) Bank under Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager Posts. Through this, a total of 500 vacancies will be filled. IDBI will fill these posts through PG Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course in association with Manipal (Bangalore) and Nitte (Greater Noida) educational institutions.

Selected candidates will undergo one year training in banking and finance department. It consists of 6 months of classroom session, 2 months of internship and 4 months of on-the-job training. Successful completion of the course will get the job of Junior Assistant Manager (Grade-O) along with PGDBF certificate.

Junior Assistant Manager (Grade-O): 500 Posts

Allotment of posts: UR- 203, SC- 75, ST- 37, EW- 50, OBC- 135.

Junior Assistant Manager: Eligibility

Must have passed Degree from any University.

Junior Assistant Manager: Age Limit

Should be between 21 to 25 years as on 31.01.2024. Age relaxation of five years for SC/STs, three years for OBCs and ten years for disabled persons is applicable.

IDBI Jobs: Selection Process

Based on Written Test.

Written Test Procedure

Written test will be conducted for total 200 marks. There are four sections in the exam. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis, Interpretation 60- Questions- 60 Marks, English Language- 40 Questions- 40 Marks), Quantitative Aptitude- 40 Questions- 40 Marks, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness- 60 Questions- 60 Marks Total from Subjects There will be 200 questions. The time will be two hours. There are credit marks in the exam. A deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each wrongly marked answer.

Training and Fee Details

Selected candidates will be admitted to PG Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course for one year. At that time candidates will have to pay Rs.3,00,000 as course fee. There is flexibility to pay the fee in installments as prescribed by the bank. IDBI Bank will also grant scholarships to eligible candidates. Candidates have to submit three years service bond while joining the course.

Salaries

Selected candidates will be paid Rs.5000 per month during the training period (6 months). 15 thousand per month will be paid during the internship (2 months). Those who have successfully completed the training and joined the job will get an annual salary of Rs.6.14 to Rs.6.50 lakh.
