The Staff Selection Commission (Staff Selection Commission) has released the final results of the written examination conducted for filling the posts of Junior Engineer (JE) in the central government sector organizations on January 5. The results are available on the official website. A total of 1374 candidates have been selected for the preliminary jobs in the results. Among them General-639, OBC-298, SC-210, ST-98, EWS-129 candidates were selected. Shortlisted candidates will be appointed in Group-B (Non-Gazetted) Junior Engineer Posts in Central Government Institutions/Departments across the country. Selected candidates will have a salary of Rs.35,400- Rs.1,12,400 as per seventh pay scale.

It is known that the Staff Selection Commission has issued a notification on July 26 for filling up the posts of Junior Engineer (JE) in Central Government Organizations. First notification was issued for 1324 posts.. then 50 posts were added. With this the number of posts has reached 1374. Through this, the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) are filled in various departments of Central Govt. Applications were received online from July 26 to August 16 from candidates who have passed Diploma or Engineering Degree in the respective disciplines. On 17th and 18th of August, an opportunity was given to modify the applications. Paper-1 Examinations for the candidates who have applied will be held on 9th to 11th October; Paper-2 exam was conducted on 4th December. The Staff Selection Commission has recently released the final selection results for those who have qualified in the Paper-1 and Paper-2 written examinations from December 20 to 25.
