IT Department Recruitment: Income Tax Department in Mumbai has released a notification for filling up various jobs under Sports Quota. Through this, the posts of Income Tax Inspector, Stenographer, Tax Assistant, Multitasking Staff, Canteen Attendant will be filled. Educational qualifications are decided post wise. According to the posts, candidates with 10th class, inter and degree qualification can apply for the jobs. Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications through online mode by January 19. Selection will be based on merit and reservation in respective sports.

Salary: Rs.44,900 – Rs.1,42,400 per month.
Stenographer Grade-II (Steno): 18 Posts
Eligibility: Inter or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Should be between 18-27 years as on 01.01.2023. Age relaxation is applicable up to 10 years for SC, ST and 5 years for others.
Salary: Rs.25,500 – Rs.81,100 per month.
Tax Assistant (TA): 119 Posts
Qualification: Degree or equivalent qualification from any recognized University.
Age Limit: Should be between 18-27 years as on 01.01.2023. Age relaxation is applicable up to 10 years for SC, ST and 5 years for others.
Salary: Rs.25,500 – Rs.81,100 per month.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 137 Posts
Eligibility: 10th class or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Should be between 18-25 years as on 01.01.2023. Age relaxation is applicable up to 10 years for SC, ST and 5 years for others.
Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs.56,900 per month.
Canteen Attendant (CA): 03 Posts
Eligibility: 10th class or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Should be between 18-25 years as on 01.01.2023. Age relaxation is applicable up to 10 years for SC, ST and 5 years for others.
Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs.56,900 per month.
