HPCL Recruitment

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Mumbai has released a notification for the recruitment of various posts. Through this, 247 posts in HPCL will be filled. Candidates with degree, BE, BTech, CA, MCA, MBA, PGDM, MSc and work experience along with work experience are eligible to apply. Those who have the right qualifications can submit online applications till June 30.

1. Mechanical Engineer – 93 Posts
   Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 25 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
2. Electrical Engineer: 43 Posts
   Eligibility: Candidates should have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Electrical Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 25 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
3. Instrumentation Engineer: 05 posts
   Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in instrumentation engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 25 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
4. Civil Engineer: 10 posts
   Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Civil Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 25 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
5. Chemical Engineer: 07 Posts
   Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Chemical Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 25 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
6. Senior Officer- City Gas Distribution Operations & Maintenance: 6 Posts
   Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 28 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 60000- 180000.
7. Senior Officer- City Gas Distribution Projects: 04 Posts
   Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 28 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 60000- 180000.
8. Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager – Non-Fuel Business: 12 Posts
   Eligibility: Must have a full-time MBA or PGDM along with specialization (Sales/Marketing/Operations). Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 29/32 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs.60000-1800000/70000-20000000.
9. Senior Officer- Non-Fuel Business: 02 Posts
   Eligibility: Candidates should have a full-time MBA or PGDM along with specialization (Sales/Marketing/Operations). Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering.
   Age Limit: Not to exceed 38 years.
   Pay Scale: Rs 90000- 240000.
10. Manager- Technical: 02 Posts
    Eligibility: Must have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Chemical/Polymer/Plastic Engineering.
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 34 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 80000- 220000.
11. Manager- Sales R&D Product Commercialization: 02 Posts
    Eligibility: Candidates should have 4 years full time regular engineering course in chemical/polymer/plastic engineering and 2 years full time MBA regular course.
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 36 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 80000- 220000.
12. Deputy General Manager Catalyst Business Development: 01 Post
    Eligibility: Candidates should have 4 years full time regular engineering course in chemical/polymer/plastic engineering and 2 years full time MBA regular course in chemical/polymer/plastic engineering.
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 45 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 120000- 280000.
13. Chartered Accountants: 29 posts
    Eligibility: Must be a compulsory article ship and ICA membership along with qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 27 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
14. Quality Control Officers: 09 Posts
    Eligibility: Must have a regular course of 2 years full time MSc in Chemistry (Anatomical/ Physical/ Organic/ Inorganic).
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 30 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 50000- 160000.
15. IS Officer: 15 Posts
    Eligibility: Candidates should have 4 years full-time regular engineering course in B.Tech (Computer Science/ IT Engineering). Post Graduate (Computer Applications (MCA)/ Data Science).
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 29 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 15 lakh per annum
16. IS Security Officer – Cyber Security Specialist: 01 Post
    Eligibility: Candidates should have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Information Security, MCA, MS.
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 45 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 36 lakh per annum.
17. Quality Control Officer: 06 Posts
    Eligibility: Candidates should have a regular course of 2 years full time MSc in Chemistry (Anatomical/Physical/Organic/Inorganic).
    Age Limit: Not to exceed 30 years.
    Pay Scale: Rs 10.2 lakh per annum.

Application Fee

Rs.1180/- for UR/OBC/EWS candidates. SC, ST and PwD candidates are exempted from payment of fees

Selection Process

HPCL Recruitment process will be on computer based test, group task, personal interview etc.
